Prices
All prices at Lucky Dog Shop are in euros, include taxes and exclude shipping costs. Lucky Dog Shop has the right to change prices, without prior notice, because of price changes of our distributors or because of a permanent price increase or decrease.

Orders
Always verify your order. Lucky Dog Shop cannot be held responsible for errors in orders. If you discover an error in your order, let us know ASAP and within 24 hours after your order. If you decide to cancel your order then this is only possible if we didn’t yet process the order. In all other cases you are obliged to take the products. Your order goes into process as soon as we receive payment.

Articles out of stock will be marked with *** at checkout. They won’t be charged. If an article appears to be out of stock but is still listed as in stock on the website you will be notified ASAP and you will be refunded within 24 hours if we already received your payment.

Payment
At Lucky Dog Shop you can pay by money order or Paypal. Through Paypal you can either pay from your own Paypal account or pay by credit card. At the moment we do not have other methods of payment.

Shipping
All orders are prepared with the greatest care but in a manner that will be as inexpensive as possible for the buyer. We use standard rates plus a small fee for packing.

Orders will be shipped each Saterday. Bestelt u op maandag dan kan het dus zijn dat u moet wachten tot zaterdag vooraleer uw pakketje zal vertrekken. Wij doen echter ons best om in dat geval toch te zorgen voor een vluggere verzending.

In principe geldt dat leveringen binnen 2 dagen arriveren. Uw bestelling zou dus moeten aakomen de maandag of dinsdag volgend op de week dat u uw bestelling geplaatst heeft. Deze leveringstermijnen zijn echter niet bindend maar worden enkel verstrekt als aanduiding. Zij geven geen aanleiding tot annulatie of weigering van de bestelling. Loopt het verzendproces vertraging op dan zal Lucky Dog Shop de koper hierover informeren. Lucky Dog Shop kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele vertragingen.

Deliveries are taken care of by De Post, TaxiPost or TaxiPost Secur.

If, after 5 days, you still did not receive your package, let us know. We will advise you to file a claim with De Post or Taxipost. Depending on the answer of this delivery service we will take proper action. Lucky Dog Shop can not be held responsible for lost packages. If you want to be 100% sure, ask for a signed shipping through De Post or Taxipost Secur.

Returns and exchanges
Indien u niet tevreden bent over een product dan kan u dit terugsturen naar ons, enkel indien dit nog in de originele verpakking zit. Producten waarvan de verpakking al uit het plastiek genomen is, waarvan de prijskaartjes al zijn verwijderend of waarvan het materiaal al is bevuild of bekrast, worden in geen geval teruggenomen. U hebt tot 7 dagen na de dag van levering de tijd om het product terug te sturen. De poststempel geldt als bewijs. De kosten voor het terugsturen van een of meerdere producten is geheel ten koste van de koper. Om uzelf te beschermen tegen verlies door De Post of een andere transporteur, waarbij de bestelling volledig ten koste van de koper zal blijven, wordt aangeraden om het pakketje aangetekend terug te sturen. Dit is echter geen verplichting.

Hebt u zich vergist of bedacht en wenst u liever een ander formaat, kleur of model dan kan u het product omruilen. Dezelfde regels gelden als bij terugsturing. Gelieve ons vooraf te verwittigen zodat wij het nieuwe artikel al voor u kunnen reserveren.

Zowel bij een terugsturing als bij een omruiling, zouden wij graag van u een email ontvangen met een melding hiervan.

Lucky Dog Shop cannot be held reliable for changes in the behavior or health of your pet after use of a product. If you have complaints or remarks about a specific product, please contact the distributor directly. For more information on the distributor you can contact us. Also keep us up to date on complaints so we can take an article out of stock if it appears to be of bad quality.
